What we do
Films,
prototypes
and the tools
they need.
- Make
- You know what it is and need it made
- Investigate
- You know the goal, not the route
- Invent
- One part has to be proved first
Each is scoped and priced on its own, so you buy only what the brief needs.

Route studies
The route, before the budget.
You know what it has to do, not yet how to make it. We compare the routes that could really work and recommend one; sometimes that’s the plan you started with. You get a short route note and a brief you can price. The full estimate follows once suppliers and assumptions are confirmed.
Ask for a route study →Included
- The routes worth comparing
- Time, cost and risk for each
- What versions and delivery will need
- The assumptions not yet proved
- A recommendation, with the reasons
- A brief ready to price

BRIEF
A — Shoot it all in camera
B — Shoot plates, finish in CG
RECOMMENDEDC — Build it all in CG
PLAN
The recommended route, ready to price.
Prototypes and tools

Try the new
part first.
If the idea rests on something nobody has tried, a deck can’t settle it. We build that part small and test it in a set-up we define. Either answer is worth having early. If it points to a build, that build is scoped and priced on its own: engineering, installation, hosting and support.
Propose a test →Included
- The question the test has to answer
- What would count as a pass
- A working demo or test rig
- Tests of AI tools, on material you agree to
- The result, and what it didn’t prove
- A recommendation: build, change or stop
- Notes you can share

AI in the work
AI where it does the job better.
Where it can help
Previs and look development, cleanup, rotoscoping and paint, versions and localisation, and small tools that make variations. In a test, AI can be the thing being tested.
When a camera, a set or a person does it better, we use the camera, the set or the person.
How we use it
Every use is named in the estimate, with the tool, so you know where AI is used and what it changes, and you can say no. Before any of your material goes into a tool, we check that we’re allowed to use it that way, read the tool’s current terms on how it stores and uses uploads, and tell you what they say. If that doesn’t fit what you need, we use another tool or do it another way. A person checks everything we hand over.
Rights, consent and credits for anything generated are written into the scope.
