What you’re making and who it’s for, the deliverables, the date it has to work by, and a budget range if you have one. If some of it is missing, send it anyway: knowing what’s unknown is useful.
Confidential? Tell us before you send unreleased work or sensitive files, and we’ll agree how to exchange them.
What happens next
Someone who would work on the job reads it and replies by email, usually with questions first. If it’s a fit, we suggest a way in and what it would cost.
We use what you send to reply and, if it becomes a job, to run it. The privacy notice says how long we keep it.
